Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older to submit content. Describe only your own first-hand tenancy. Do not post about a rental you did not live in.

Truthfulness and liability

When you submit a review, you attest that each factual statement in it is truthful. You are strictly liable for the truth of the statements you submit. Counsel’s final wording of this rule is still pending.

• You must have no conflict of interest: no landlords, staff, family, competitors or paid reviewers.
• No fake reviews, and no reviews written on someone else’s behalf.
• Do not identify yourself or others beyond what the review needs.

What we keep and delete (summary)

• We keep your account link, your reviews and, if you verify, your verified status, property link and coarse tenancy years.
• Verification evidence is a one-time check: the document and any names in it are deleted before the decision becomes final. If deletion fails, the request stays pending and a 30-day bucket backstop applies.
• We do not keep lease text or explainer results, search terms, or IP addresses in our database.
• When you delete your account you choose whether published reviews stay anonymous (no longer editable) or are withdrawn.

License to your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate it on the service for as long as it is published.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or the moderation policy.
